Hi everyone,

I'm really having trouble here with the Mail Security For Exchange 4.0
exchange 2003

I'm seeking two things here,

A) Does this mean that the virus made in to my inbox, if so, why didn't it
get deleted prior to making it to the inbox.

B) More importantly, I have disabled the notifications, but yet these
messages keep coming in to the users;

251BE9A-AD51-4918-A31C-9B60A336D141 The attachment of this message has
violated security policy and has been marked for deletion by Symantec Mail
Security. The attachment has been replaced with this text file. You may
delete this message at any time.

This is what the event log shows:

The message "RE: Text message" located in Martha Murdock/Inbox has violated
the following policy settings: Policy: Standard SubPolicy: Virus SubPolicy
Rule: Basic Virus Rule The following actions were taken on it: The message
"RE: Text message" was marked for Deletion for the following reason(s) Virus
