Erick,

The rule below uses the 'department' field (easy to set) to filter, it
works for an Exchange environment with multiple servers and multiple
mail stores per server.

I think Ous are not used because users can be in more than one.

Is it possible to create a filter that will allow me to apply a
recipient policy to all objects in a particular organizational unit
(OU)? I didn't see anything obvious in the query designer.
