Neither one is going to do you any favors. RR isn't going to reconfigure
their systems for you. I'm sure they are well aware they are on these lists.
As for SORBS, you have a better chance of getting a pardon for Charles
Manson.

You have to find a way to white list that domain / IP range, or stop using
the RBL.

Its definitely one of those DNSBL's I mentioned, as I just removed them from
Symantec to test it, and it works well.

So do I contact RR, I do NOT want to leave it configured without using
DNSBL'S

Your exchange server is blocking 66.108.213.90. Hard to say which is doing
it, Symantech or Exchange without the bounce message from when she sends.

So unless your VP is running an email server from home you need to check
further. Look at the return message he is getting. I would assume she is
sending via Road Runners mail servers and that is what you are blocking.
Then remove whatever blocklist it is in, or whitelist the server.
