you could use a reporting tool such as e-nspect (www.e-nspect.co.uk)  this 
will tell you what you want.

You could use Exchange 2003's Mailbox Manager.  Tell it to do a report
only and only check the sent items folder.  Thats probably the most
efficient way.  You could also use ExMerge and run it in batch mode
and dump everyone's sent items folder and that gives you the size as
well.  Mailbox Manager is going to probably be the best way.  Copying
everyone's Sent items is not an optimal solution, but it would work.
