It will PROBABLY be OK if you do this: 1) Stop all Exchange Services 2) Set the "startup type" of system attendent to "disabled" 3) Reboot [ensures that everything related to exchange is out of memory] 4) Remove Outlook 5) Reboot [ensures that everything related to outlook is out of memory] 6) Set the "startup type" of system attendent to "automatic" 7) Apply sp1 plus the rollup [installs a new set of dll's] 8) Reboot
