Make sure to check her calendar, for attachments, and make sure there is nothing in her journal... I have found that both of these item cause get ya....

I've always been told never to go off the Outlook says a size of it's mailbox is because it reports false information and to always look for the true size of a mailbox on the Exchange server. But as I look at this lady's mailbox there doesn't seem to be anything that stands out to say this is where the 90MB's is coming from. She has no large attachments and she doesn't have many emails in her Outlook. Does anyone have an idea what would be going on with this account? Why it would be reporting such a high number but when you look on Outlook you don't see why it's reporting that type of number?
