Actually if the wording is taken as is, there appears to be a couple of considerations. First, "Internet Mail Service" would seem to indicate Ex 5.5 or earlier. There is no Virtual SMTP server in that case.
The other wording of "set to Maximum" seems to indicate monitoring logging, which is different from SMTP and HTTP protocol logging. Monitoring logging goes to the Event logs if I'm not mistaken.
