All day everyday? If so then just a user having a mailbox/message open can cause that type of error.
I typically have mine run all day Saturday and Sunday then Monday - Friday after Midnight to around 5:00 a.m. (after my tape backup job runs). I still have a few of the errors when a tape job runs long, or a user logs in remotely on the weekend, but it is very rare that I see them. Someone else may be able to point you to a way to see which specific user/process is holding the message open, but I'm not sure of a way. I have IS Maintenance running all day. Is there a way that I can check from the Exchange perspective what could be causing that?
