I know Microsoft currently recomends 1 GC per 4 Exchange CPU's (which in our case is 2 exchange servers), but they put the caveat in that it depends on exchange load without explaining how to measure GC usage and the thresholds you should use. Does anyone know of an article that gives pointers on monitoring a GC geared towards seeing how it performs for exchange servers, with some sort of thresholds?
