reminds me of a "systems engineer" in the server operations group I used to work with, the guy was a complete disaster and never should have been allowed anywhere near a computer, let alone a datacenter. I can directly attribute at least 7 exchange disasters, complete with data loss, to this guy. It took the company a year to come to the conclusion that he was a bumbling idiot and fire him, and we were still cleaning up the messes he created a year after that.
