Has anyone seen this NDR before?

       The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not
report a specific reason.  Check the address and try again.  If it still
fails, contact your system administrator.
            <sfmail.us.babcockbrown.com #5.0.0>

Any ideas what it means?  The message was sent to a distribution list.
This is on Exchange 2000.
