For those who are interested.... After 6 gruelling (sp?) hours with PSS, we have the problem resolved. There were 2 problems: first the FE server authentication in IIS was different than the BE server. Once they fixed that, it helped. Part 2 was that the RUS didn't appear to be working. Once they forced it to run, everything appeared to be good.
