Basically I setup the user with full mailbox access to the generic account and then set outlook to open it (as an additional mailbox). Then when the user tries to send a message it gives a permissions error, stating they do not have rights to send as that user. I have tried assigning right through the backend (using ADUC and through the outlook delegation tool. Are there any policies or settings that might cause this?
