Message too big?

I'm running exchange 2003, and I'm recieving this error message when 
trying to move an email to a folder using IMAP.

I gather (or hope) there is a setting for this somewhere, but I can't 
for the life of me find it.

I'd appreciate a pointer please :)
"The current command did not succeed.  The mail server responded: This 
message is too big and can not be appended.."
