Outlook is designed to schedule mailboxes, not public folders. I don't
think your users will be happy with a public folder-based resource calendar.

Subject: RE: PUBLIC FOLDERS QUICK ANSWER

Hey....any of you guys know if using a public folder in exchange 2003
environment puts a strain on the server/exchange? Have an employee who
would like to setup a public folder calendar for reserving conference room,
and someone replied it's not our policy because it strains the system?

Thanks

Subject: Not sure how to interpret

Hi everyone,

This may seem like dumb question, but its been gnawing at me for a while and
nothing I read really clarifies it for me,

When you open the ESM,

I go to the Store then to "Logons" I see user xyz "logon time" 2/3/2005
10:33pm "last access time" 2/3/2005 10:33pm"

NOW ,

I go to the "mailboxes" and under "last logon time" it says 2/4/2005
12:05
am under "last logoff time" 2/4/2005 12:30 am

So I'm not really sure what this is telling me, if it was indeed midnight,
why does the "logons" container indicate 10:33?
