In my experience, you usually get those -1811 d/b corruption errors when you've got a failing hard drive, or other hardware problem introducing corruption. The previous poster is right; at this point, you should be trying to restore from the last database backup before the corruption appeared, rather than trying the destructive database utilities.
ESEUTIL can be very destructive - you can lose your entire attachment table, whole chunks of the IS, entire mailboxes - you want to have exhausted all other options before using it. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
