I have to quick questions that I can't seem to find - Exchange 2003, AD 2003k... When creating a new account, the display name is coming up as (first last), I would like it to default to (last, first), Can someone point me in the right direction? In Outlook, if a user starts a new message, then clicks on TO, to bring up the GAL, it shows everyone - Good - But when you scroll to the right it actually has the whole AD path under email address, instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED], it has the x.400 nomenclature. Any way to change this to display the SMTP address in the GAL? Thanks. Jesse
