Your best bet at this point is to archive all mailboxes you can to pst and give them to your users on cd's and then rebuild from scratch. Seriously - you can call PSS, and they may have some tricks up there sleaves, but the symptom you describe is pretty much the risk of eseutil, and why it is a last resort.
