Vercheck in the dsscopescan is checking some place that doesnt see sp3 or higher. It isn't in the registry I don't think. Guys, all, I am desperate to find out. Just load it run the installer then stop the monitor and scan the output to see if you can figure out which registry keys it is reading. Those entires in the registry are all ok. ----------- I have run across a few programs that don't seem to look for a "Higher" version. There is a registry key you can edit to force some programs if it is looking at the registry for its patch level. I don't recall the specific key as it has been so long since I have dealt with it, but it might be HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Setup\ServicePackBuild or something like that. I haven't run this particular program so I can't speak to its specific query. You might also try asking the vendor support group for a work around or search their KB Articles.
