What if you turn up logging for rules and then try to change the rule? That may shed some light on the matter.

I went through the replication process and removed the replica from the original server. Since then we are having problems with the rules that run on the PF's. I set them up in Outlook to notify people when a new message hits the folder. Currently if I try to modify the rule, it says Unable to display. Client operation failed. Then another popup says System Resources critically low. These are pop-ups from my laptop in Outlook. I've verified that other machines get the same error, so I know it isn't my Outlook. Any ideas?
