I have done a nslookup from the outside it finds my server. I have sent mail inside to accounts and works fine. I send to outside account and it works fine gets a delivery almost immediatly. But the problem is that the mail coming back takes about two hours to deliver.
Not much I am not sure what to look for or what to try.
