It's the price of doing BLB's.
Not that BLB's are causing it, but you will see this.

Subject: Corrupt Messages

Ok, I know I am going to get yelled at for doing brick level backups....a
price I am willing to pay :) I do run full store backups on a rotation.

Exch 2003 on a 2003 server. 1000 mailboxes. Veritas 9.1 Last night out of
the blue I got 20 'corrupt' message errors in the brick level.
Normally I only see one or two once in a great while. They are not the same
message send to the same user, they are different messages and different
users.

Anything to worry about, should I just exmerge them out?

JK
