We have exchange 5.5 sp4 and a lot of users who use wanadoo as their broadband provider have trouble accessing OWA. Not all of them, and of the ones who do not always. Symptom - they cannot even access the first page, quote from one of them "When I try and connect it says 'unknown zone' in bottom right hand corner of page and then the 'this page cannnot be displayed' box comes up." This is at times when the service is up and being accessed by other users. Wanadoo are not being helpful, has anyone else encountered this? Should they just change provider???
