Hi,
Apologies if this should go to an Outlook forum but I thought I'd try here
first.
I have a user that has migrated to our Ex5.5 mail system from a Unix mail
system.
He previously had around 400 client based rules, now when he tries to import
them only 90 or so rules will work and he gets the "insufficient space on
server" message, so I believe he is hitting the 32K limit because of the
high number of rules and even if he gives them smaller names I doubt he'll
get many more rules to work. I think 400 is excessive but he insists he
needs them all. All the rules are "client-only" rules.
My question is this .... is there any other solution to this issue that I
can offer him? Would it make a difference if he used a Outlook Express or is
it always going to be a problem as long as his mailbox is on an Exchange
server.
Thanks in advance.

Phil
