There was a blog about this recently that said you could use a script to
modify the priority of the policies, and then schedule the mailbox
manager to run again. I did some searching on google and found a vbs
script that was close to what I wanted to do, modified it for my needs
and it's been working here for two weeks.

Only one MM policy can be applied to a individual user.
You'll need to exclude that user from the all user policy.

Subject: Mailbox Manager

All,

Exchange 2000 SP3 w/ hotfix rollups, Windows 2000 SP4 w/ hotfix rollups.
I have a mailbox management recipient policy set up for all users in the
organisation. One of the end users has asked me to set up a specific
policy
to manage their mailbox differently. I have set up a separate MM policy
for
this user applied it and then forced the mailbox management process to
run
and just report. However, it only seems to run the initial policy and
not
the specific user policy.

Can you have more than one MM recipient policy and if so is there any
way to
run this independently from the overall policy to test it's
functionality?

I have googled and cannot find anything specific on this.

TIA
