Check the System folder called Offline Address Book and its subfolders. Make sure that they are homed correctly and that they have permissions for Default to be an Editor. Make sure that Offline Address Book has the subfolder for the site, and that the one for the site has a subfolder called OAB Version 2.

We have two servers and I keep seeing an error in the application log about problems generating the offline address book. Yesterday I was informed that when my boss' assistant updates his calendar, it only updates HER copy, not the copy on the server. I figure these are related to the crash we had a few weeks back. Can anyone tell me how to fix these two problems?
