So they can no longer logon to the domain or Outlook wont open or it opens and nothing happens?

However, we would like to switch over to native mode. We just finished a test in the lab, but ran into a little snag. We have two Domains. Domain 1 is a mixed mode domain, running NT 4.0 and Active Directory. It is the only Domain with an Exchange Server. Domain 2 is a small NT 4.0 Domain only, and uses a Trusts to access the Exchange Server on Domain 1. When we upgraded the lab to Native Mode (Domain 1 only), users in Domain 2 were no longer able to access/send/receive any email. Do both Domains need to be in Native Mode before Exchange 2003 will work across the trusts? If not, I'll start troubleshooting other possible solutions. Thanks.
