Keep in mind that Asynchronous replication of Exchange data is not supported by Microsoft per http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=895847. If there were any problems with a disaster recovery, NSI would be your first point of contact, not Microsoft GeoClusters (synchronous replication of data) are fully supported by Microsoft. Double-Take is one of the bigger names in recplication software we've seen outt here. Also use it for SQL. It's extremely easy to setup. NSI has config guides that pretty much spell it out.
