I have two questions on public folders in E2K3. We have a system policy configured for the public folders to retain items for 365 days. Of course, there is a request to change this limit on specific folders. I can't seem to find a way to do this, except through a folder assistant rule which lets you delete items that are older than a certain date (like 4/3/05) but it doesn't let you select an option to delete items that are 60 days old.
Is there a way to create rules on public folder based on the title of an attachment? If not, anyone know any products that enable this kind of feature?
