There are a couple of tools that might recover data from hard drives that
have been reformatted, but you'll want to stop any more usage of the drive
right this second.
Try "getdataback" at www.runtime.org. Another alternative is File
Recovery Pro.

The user had created folder in her PST , instead of the store, therefore
when the rules would process (i.e. mail from VP goes to folder EXECUTIVES)
it would move the message the folder VP which resides in her PST. She
never
actually clicked delete if that is what you are asking. Unfortunately 80
percent of her emails would be processed in a similar manner.
