We use the PF's to store communication from/to workgroups in our business, we do not send mail to them. F.e. All sales goes into sales, which is organized in sub folders, then divided in customer folders etc. etc. Largly overkill, but the managers like it. It makes it a pain to exactly locate a specific folder though. All this AD/Exchange 2003 is pretty new to me. Ill do the recepient update service, thanks for the tip. I suspect I need to understand ldap searching better too.
