Yes, I should, if I could figure out how to apply what policy to what
group of people! We're migrating people from VMS mailboxes to Exchange
2003, and they're from three different corporations. Plus, some folks
get special email addresses like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and others, which we
have to add to their mailboxes.

That's exactly what I thought. Personally, I have not experienced this
particular problem, but apparently the Help Desk has. I can't figure out
if it's a figment of the Help Desk folks' imagination, or if the RUS is
truly sneaking behind their back and deleting these special SMTP
addresses. With the default box checked to automatically update email
addresses based on recipient policy, it was happening all the time. But,
with the box unchecked, it *shouldn't* be happening!

Not that I know of.

'Tis a puzzle. But, then, that's why we have jobs...
