Are you running urlscan?  There are probably ellipses (...) or other
"Illegal" characters in the subject line.

You can edit the urlscan.ini to adjust some of the allowed characters,
just be aware if you tune it down too much what's the point.

Our users are getting "page cannot be found" errors when trying to open
up some emails in EX2K OWA. The same emails can be opened without a
problem in Outlook. What could be causing this? Recipient Policy?!
