I've just been looking at the resources for each user and I have discovered
that the Mailbox Resources reportedly held by a mailbox called Internet Mail
Service (server name) amount to 2,262,631K and with about 28,030 items.

What is this email in the system and can I get rid of it somehow?

I am trying to cull as much email and files on the exchange server as I can at
present with a view to compressing the space of the database down on our server
which is running out of disk space.

BTW The system is still NT4 and Exchange 5.5
Thanks
