Obviously the phone is defective.
You should take it over to the server rack and bash it repeatedly under
the edge of your heaviest and most sensitive server.
That will stop that pesky racket.

Subject: My Phone or Exchange?

Dear Exchange list,

I was playing with my Exchange Server, which serves about 10,000 users,
I stopped the information store and my phone rings. When I turn the
store back on the phone stops ringing.

Is there something wrong with my phone or with Exchange?
