Heh, I also forgot to answer part two of your question. My server supports users on Exchange servers in 4 other states over our WAN. It just adds a few seconds to the messages going back and forth between devices. If we had a lot more users I could see making changes, but in all honestly Goodlink runs just fine when you skimp on it.

Subject: GoodLink on OWA server? Colleagues, Very sorry to ask two questions in one day, but it's getting hectic here, just like everywhere else! Management wants GoodLink, and they don't want to buy a new server, so they want me to install GoodLink on our Exchange 2003 OWA server. Never mind that it's in the DMZ and GoodLink says don't install their software in the DMZ, and never mind that GoodLink says don't install on an Exchange server, and also never mind that I really object to installing *anything* on an Exchange server of any flavor. Can you provide me with any more ammunition against installing GoodLink on my front-end E2K3 server? And, for good measure, is there any reason I can't have just one GoodLink server, even if it's one hop from all of the Exchange mailbox servers, even though GoodLink recommends zero hops between the GL server and the Exchange servers? I apologize for the length of this message and all the bandwidth.
