The reason I couldn't give you a straight answer was that you were talking about "moving the structure" which implies you're bringing up a new public folder hierarchy, like you can do in Exchange 200x, even if the alternate hierarchy is useless. What you meant was that you wanted to move the content, and others properly translated (thanks!) what I was trying to tell you.
