The winmail.dat indicates that there is some magical MS stuff going on....is she using word as the email editor? Try her just sending 3 emails. Rich text, html and plain. See if any of them get through. I would say your 3rd party app is getting in the way. If you can tirn it off and test again the 3 messages, that may help pinpoint the problem
