Environment:
Single server running 2000 Server and Exchange 2003 Standard w/ SP1

User sends a meeting request to an internal user FROM a calendar in
Public Folders. Recipient answers (accept/decline - whatever), and
sender gets the notification.

SAME sender then sends another meeting request to another internal user.
That recipient answers, but the sender never gets the notification. This
always happens with this particular recipient. I've looked through
everything, and don't see anything amiss. Meeting does show up in
recipients calendar correctly, and running /cleanfreebusy doesn't seem
to fix the problem. I've verified that he's not blocking the response
when he accepts it.

All users are running Outlook 2003, and the problem has popped up since
the upgrade to Outlook 2003 (from 2000).

I'm out of ideas - anyone got some suggestions (other than downgrading
back to O2k)?
