Hi everyone, I do not yet have all the info -- but I thought maybe if someone had a similar experience they might share..
There's an exchange server in NY that the CA office connects to And after a few days, ALL the CA users outlook freezes and THE ONLY WAY for it to start working again is to reboot the exchange box. Now if the user's boxes are moved to the exchange server in Paris it works 100%, bring them back to the NY exchange server and it the problems continues. They have tried creating BRAND NEW accts in NY same thing, User profile-not the issue ISP - not the issue - as they work fine to the PARIS exchange Client type -not the issue as it happens to outlook 2000 and outlook XP clients. I'm thinking either a) The switch/router in NY? b) Settings on the NY exchange server? c) NY firewall? As I mentioned I'm awaiting to find out more info Exchange version(s), VPN clients, etc...
