Upgrades for IPAQ's, sure. Doubtful for existing SmartPhones, though. Personally, the current ActiveSync works just fine for me and my Motorola MPx220. But, management wants the ability to erase a device remotely, which SP2 will do (we don't know yet if WM5.0 will be required, but I would bet it is). Of course, those of us with WM-2003-2nd. Ed. SmartPhones will most likely be SOL.
The real kicker is, the Executive Director relies heavily upon his notes/memos in Outlook, and definitely wants them syncing wirelessly.
