Thanks. I will make sure Exchange Cache Mode is turned off and see if that helps.

The primary benefit of using Cached Exchange Mode is being shielded from network and server connection issues. Features that rely on network access can cause delays in Outlook responsiveness that users would not otherwise experience when using Cached Exchange Mode. This was an excerpt from the following MS Paper. I have seen issues with this when some people were using Outlook 2003 and some other folks were using Outlook 2000. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of McCready, Robert Sent: Thursday, June 09, 2005 8:08 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Recurring appointments not updating Greetings all, We are having an issue with a few people in the company not having their recurring appointments update when somebody makes a change. 98% of the people have no issues, just a small handful. Unfortunately, that small handful are execs or execs assistants. We are running Exchange 2003, and all the people with issues have been upgraded to Outlook 2003 (with all the patches). Their is a lot of delegating involved (not sure if that matters or not, but it seems to be the only difference from other users in the company). Somebody is trying to convince me we have our Distribution Lists setup improperly, which I absolutely fail to see how that could do with a recurring appointment. Plus, we've been running Exchange 2003 for 6 months with no Public Folders or distribution list problems. We had to convert our Universal Groups to Security Groups during the migration from Exchange 5.5 so the public folders would continue to work. Since then, we usually just creat security groups (just in case they need to be used for permissions). Is that really a problem? Has anybody else had issues with a recurring appointment updating for only some of the attendees of a meeting and not all? Since this is just a small handful of users, I tend to believe this is a client issue and not an Exchange 2003 issue. Thanks.
