MSDN has code samples for creating a number of event sinks and server side scripts. Depending on how many users this is for you may be able to get away with a simple server side script... In which case www.cdolive.com is probably a good place to start. www.outlookcode.com is probably a reasonable resource for that as well. For event sinks... MSDN is probably the best online resource. Tom Rizzo's book (latest edition) covers event sinks somewhat as well. I guess you'd probably want to write store based event sink if you went the event sink route.
