You should put up your own records to help prevent spammers from
spoofing your domain in the 'from' of a spam run. As for blocking on
it....if you keep your expectations low it will be worth the effort to
set up. You will reject email that spoof's the 'from' of hotmail, yahoo
and those large players that spammers used to use all the time as the
from address. But the volume of that type of spoofing is getting pretty
low. Due to SPF they do not use those as the from as much anymore.
