Here's an idea... go to the IE settings to "Advanced" and check the box
"empty temporary internet files when browser is closed." Then also go to
..\temporary internet files\content.ie5 and delete everything in that folder
as well, plus $SYSTEM\temp. Windows has a LOT of temporary storage stuff...

Subject: OT: Sharepoint question

Hi all.

Somehow this support issue landed in my lap, and I normally don't do much
with Sharepoint.

This user says that when he goes to a certain Sharepoint site and open this
particular document, the document is a couple of weeks old. Everyone else
gets the current copy.

I told him to make sure to delete all his temporary Internet files, but he
says he had done it before calling me, and did it again, but it didn't help.

What else could be wrong here?

Thanks!
