We're on the verge of buying something, ZipLip is near the top of the list, but it's a little more pricey for us (smaller, about 150 users). Also looking at AdvisorMail's product and a relative newcomer, ArchiveInsite by www.smarsh.com. For us those would be cheaper, at least in the short run. One question you need to answer first is whether you want a hosted solution, partially hosted, or completely internal -- ZipLip is of the internal type, the other two are the hosted sort.
