GFI was my next stop until I came across a suggestion made on the MS Community Newsgroups that said most of the Exchange antivirus solutions have this built in... And what do ya know, Groupshield 6 has this ability in its "Gateway" configuration.
Groupshield is new for us and I hadn't gotten that far in the manual yet! Some other disclaimer products (eg: mxclaim - see pdf at www.mxclaim.com/kb/article_5.html ) have specific warnings about this configuration and using event sinks - may be worth looking them up, although you may not be in the same configuration and so won't be an issue. I found other warnings via google as well. I wish it were still as simple as with Exchange 5.5 to add disclaimers, but we have decided to ditch disclaimers as the added complexity of having another upstream virtual smtp server just to have some disclaimers is not worth the effort as we are just a small setup here. (No points for Microsoft over this effort).
