I am the Exchange/Outlook administrator. Since we implemented AD back in March I have been passing my work onto a security team person that has the proper AD rights to do everything and they send the completed work back to me. It is real ugly. Our Security Team cannot come up with the proper AD permissions for my team to let us do the work that is needed: build mailboxes, change and build distribution lists, change email names etc. etc. Is there anywhere anyplace where we can find a rule set for Exchange/Outlook AD permissions? Our people that put AD into don't want to give us the keys to the castle but they aren't doing anything because they are afraid they will do it wrong. Can anyone point me in the t=right direction.
