Thanks for the suggestions, guys. To answer some of the questions - Windows SP1 is going in in 2 weeks (they wouldn't let me do it before then due to some business requirements to have no down-time) - their decision, not mine.
As far as the OAB downloads, we have them running more frequently due to the migration we just completed. We are going to be changing that back to the normal download interval, however, (once every 24 hrs). I'm recording a whole bunch of perfmon stuff to try and capture something. We do have Symantec for Exchange running, however, that doesn't appear to be taxing the machine - not that I would be surprised if it were.
