F-Secure always worked well for me. Sybari Antigen. and (on front end
non-exchange SMTP gateways) the various versions of the open source "Clam"
antivirus have served me well.

Has anyone used AVG's Email Server Edition on their Exchange servers? I've
got AVG Freeware on my wife's PC and install it on PCs that I work on (for
friends, etc.) Just wondering if anyone has tried AVG's Exchange-compatible
version.
What do y'all on the list like for scanning email?
